I’m 20 now and it’s a good day
I’ve become a free body
But what is this, there’s nothing to it I’ve only become an adult
I’ve only become an average adult
I was once a young adult but now I’m an adult child

I started drawing this when I was once again feeling anxious about entering adulthood. I'm turning 20 this year (sweats) but I don't feel like I'm even worthy enough to be an adult. I skip meals if my mom doesn't nag me and I forget to brush my teeth before bed sometimes unless my dad reminds me. There's no way I'm actually capable of taking care of myself lol
I thought I'd have life figured out by the time I turned 20 but I'm starting to think no one actually ever does hahaha oh well sorry for the depressing backstory of this piece. Thanks for looking~!
